Director
Paul manages land acquisitions, development sales and finance. Paul is an experienced developer with a proven track record for producing quality affordable homes in both Christchurch and Auckland. In this time Paul has developed 400+ homes with a market value in excess of $250m. Paul also has a thorough knowledge of the construction industry being a qualified structural engineer.
MARCUS STUFKENS
Director
Marcus brings to Citrus a wealth of design talent and business management. Being a Registered Architect he looks after all development design and project construction overwatch.
His strengths include an extensive portfolio of award-winning projects.
Marcus believes it’s important to establish good working relationships generating insightful and innovative development and architectural responses.

Director / Construction Manager
Chris Rowe is a Licensed Building Practitioner with his own residential construction company spanning the last 30 years in Christchurch. Chris brings a vast construction technical knowledge and heads the onsite project management of Citrus Living developments.

Ants has a commercial construction background with significant experience in managing multiple projects on a day-to-day basis. Ant’s role is the overall project manager for our projects as well as construction management.

Senior Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Manager
Adam is a Qualified Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential construction.
Adam enjoys working as part of the wider Citrus team to provide the very best for our buyers and stakeholder group. Adam thinks outside the square and takes pride in knowing each and every project inside out.
KIRSTY STUFKENS
Sales and Staging
Kirsty Stufkens looks after our sales and administration. Kirsty has previously worked within the real estate industry both in Sales and Property Management.

Accounts and Administration
Sarah is a vital cog in our Citrus wheel who seamlessly looks after all administration and assists our Senior Quantity Surveyor.
